The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties that assure the preservation of the buildings, fixtures and residents units. Each technician will perform general maintenance repairs and work in response to service requests from residents. He will perform preventive maintenance inspections. The technician is a key member of the customer service team, and must exercise good customer service skills in order to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
